Taggart, Alexander (c. 1781) emigrated from Ireland to Hillsborough, North Carolina and came to Townsend Township by about 1802. He married Elizabeth Dougherty. Includes three generations of descendants

Tait/Tate, David (1820-1906) came to Ontario by 1845 and married Mary Robinson. They settled in Walsingham Township. Includes children and grandchildren

Teeple, Peter (1762-1847) served as a Sergeant in the King’s American Dragoons during the American Revolution then went in the 1783 Loyalist exodus of New York to New Brunswick where he married Lydia Mabee. In 1796, they followed his wife’s parents to Charlotteville Township and later moved to West Oxford Township, Oxford County. Includes four generations of descendants

TenBroeck, John (c. 1779-c. 1840) was born at Fort Niagara where his father served with Butler’s Rangers during the American Revolution. He moved to Port Dover, Woodhouse Township, by 1807 and married Mary Williams, daughter of Norfolk pioneer Jonathan Williams. Includes ancestors children and grandchildren

Terhune, Albert (1764-1839) came from Pompton Plains, New Jersey to Charlotteville Township in 1836. Includes ancestry and four generations of descendants.

Thompson, Samuel (c. 1784-1842) lived at Niagara Township, Welland County then about 1810 moved to Woodhouse Township where he married Susannah Berdan, daughter of Norfolk Pioneer Albert Berdan. They settled in Yarmouth Township, Elgin County by 1817. Includes ancestry and children. William Thompson (c. 1810-) settled in Charlotteville Township then in Woodhouse Township. Includes children and grandchildren. 

Tisdale, Ephraim (1745-1815) during colonial times operated a shipyard in the vicinity of Boston, Massachusetts and gave his services to the British government during the American Revolution. Following the war, he and his wife Ruth Strange took their family in the Loyalist exodus of New York to New Brusnwick. From 1799, his sons began settling in Norfolk County and Ephraim came to Charlotteville Township in 1808. Includes five generations of descendants 

Townsend, Edward (1809-) came from England to Walsingham Centre, Walsingham Township by 1842 when he married Margaret Dawson. Includes three generations of descendants

Trinder, Thomas (1788-). Five of his sons came from England to Woodhouse Township during the 1850s: William (1816-1893), Henry (1830-1911), Richard (1832-1912), Edward (1837-), Edwin (1837-1922). Includes three generations of descent

Turvey, Charles (1830-1888) and his wife Eliza Goodson came from Hertford County, England to Canada West [Ontario] in 1858 and lived in Lincoln and Haldimand counties. They settled in Charlotteville Township in 1867. Includes children and grandchildren
