"Born in Simcoe, 1857. Died March 29, 1920. Educated at Simcoe public school, Mr. Mulholland's private school and military academy. Conducted grocery store in Simcoe for 40 years. Was office [sic] in 39th Regiment for 35 years. Warden of Trinity Church for years."
