Colin George Snider Colin George Snider
"Senior Judge of the County Court of Wentworth. Born in Windham in 1850, son of George Snider. Attended Simcoe Grammar School.  Graduate Toronto University, 1873. Student law in office of Tisdale, Livingstone and Robb, and later with the late Chief Justice M. C. Cameron. Called to the Bar in 1875.  Appointed a Q.C. in 1889, and in 1893 appointed Judge of the County Court of Halton.  In 1895 was transferred to the County of Wentworth.  Was member of Senate of Toronto University and the Board of Governors of the University.  Was member of a commission of judges appointed to revise the statutes."
