H. Frank Cook
"Public school inspector for Norfolk County.  Born at Delhi in 1870, son of Henry W. Cook and Eliza J. Birdsall.  Attended S.S. No. 6, Windham and Simcoe High School.  Graduated from Toronto University 1899, gold medalist in science. Lifelong resident of Norfolk and of Simcoe since 1901."
