Vastbinder, formerly of Simcoe, born in 1824, moved to Michigan in 1867 with his brothers Nelson and Gilbert, very deaf son of Philip Vastbinder, was killed near Oxford, Michigan a few days ago. Charles was brother of Mrs. Lyman Wells of Colborne street, Simcoe, uncle of Judge Wells of Welland [SR19070614]

After her marriage she lived on a farm west of Simcoe. Later they lived in Paris and Stratford, where her husband died. About six years ago her family moved to Vancouver [SR19111109p12]
