graduate of Normal School, Ottawa, and School of Pedagory, Hamilton. Elected to Ontario
Legislature for South Norfolk 1905, 1908, 1911, 1914. Commanded 133rd Battalion C.E.F.
from time of its formation until its break up. President Canadian Correspondence College.
