A. A. Osborne "Born in Simcoe County. Conducted dry goods business and bookstore in Midland for 27 years. Came to Simcoe 15 years ago, purchasing the former Potts-Clark business. In 1922 bought the Werrett block, fitting it up as an exclusive Ladies-to-Wear Store. Excels at bowls. President Simcoe Bowling Club, 1923." |
