J. Lorne Campbell
"Born in Simcoe, son of Duncan Campbell of Lynnwood. Lived here until about 1897, when he moved to Toronto. Mayor of Simcoe 1891-2. Major 39th Norfolk Rifles. President Norfolk Agricultural Society. Donor to the municipality of Lynnwood Park. Thrice President Toronto Stock Exchange. Died March 3rd, 1917."
