Notes:
Rev. Livingstone was the Presbyterian minister at Simcoe and Lynedoch, 1858-1876. He resigned Simcoe's St. Andrews Church pulpit to facilitate union between Simcoe's two Presbyterian congregations. See: History of St. Paul's Presbyterian Church. His first wife's maiden name appears in the historical record spelled with and without 'p'. His second wife was a sister of his son-in-law William P. Innes.
