George W. Wells George W. Wells, Q.C.
"Born in Simcoe in 1859. Attended Simcoe Public and Grammar Schools and matriculated at Toronto University. Called to the bar in 1876. Practised law in partnership with J. G. Killmaster and late H. P. Innes. Appointed Q.C. in 1890. Was one of Norfolk's most brillant legal men. Later appointed Judge of Welland County."
