James Peachey
"Born in Hamilton, May 29th, 1855.  Moved to Brantford in 1858.  Served four years' apprenticeship with the Waterous Engine Works. Moved to Simcoe in 1876. Since 1878 has been a member of the firm of West & Peachey, manufacturers. School Trustee 1901 to 1913.  License Commissioner 1907 to 1915. President Oakwood Cemetery Board."
