Captain Willet G. Miller
"Born Sept. 11, 1808, at Plattsburg, N.Y. Came to Canada in 1824, locating at Burlington Bay. Engaged in shipbuilding. Came to Norfolk in the early fifties. Built among others, the N. C. Ford at Port Dover and the J. S. Austin at Pt. Ryerse. Died April 15, 1908, being Simcoe's oldest citizen at that time."
