| Charles Edgar Barber "Born in Simcoe in 1852, and resided here until 1894. Studied law with Henry A. Hardy, one time Crown Attorney of Norfolk County, and when admitted to the bar ranked first in his year. Was one of Norfolk's best-known lawyers. Later moved to Chicago, where he died in 1917." |
