Charles F. Misner (1864-1957) was 1912 Deputy Reeve for Simcoe. A drayman residing in Simcoe, married Agnes MacPherson (1866-1933) of Simcoe in 1889. He subsequently married Ida F. MacPherson (1868-1949). Charles, Agnes and Ida are buried together in Simcoe's Oakwood Cemetery.
