Lightly edited partial transcription of the Local Happenings column on page 1 of the 16 Jun 1910 issue of the Waterford Star newspaper.

Died In Hamilton Hospital. The remains of the late Benjamin Cammell, formerly of this place, were brought here on Monday. Mr. Cammell was in the Hamilton hospital two months, suffering from cancer of the stomach. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon from the residence of his sister, Mrs. Edward Spencer. Interment took place in Greenwood cemetery.

Died in New York. The remains of Mrs. S. B. Fish were brought here from New York on Sunday morning. She died in the General Memorial Hospital, New York, on Friday night, after an illness of several months with cancer. The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon from the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Hayward, and was largely attended by sorrowing friends, who extend their sympathy to the family.

Mr. Lewis Hayward of Chicago arrived here from Chicago on Tuesday, to attend the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Fish.
