Port Rowan has a plethora of majistrates [sic], viz., B. Killmaster, R. Richardson, O. D. DeWitt, S. P. Mabee, H. J. Killmaster, J. A. Dease, and still if a fellow wants a criminal tried he has to go to St. Williams in order to get justice. If magistrates were elected we would not have such a lot of dunderheads.
