Whitehead dead
Wednesday of last week Nelson Whitehead, a highly esteemed resident of
Delhi, passed away after months of illness.
Better than 70 years ago the
deceased gentleman was born in this vicinity and had spent all his
days in Delhi or within a radius of a few miles of this town.
He was a kind, friendly man,
and had many true friends who will miss him very much.
The funeral took place on
Friday and was largely attended. Deceased leaves a widow and three
sons, namely, Fred, Harry and Verne all of Delhi.
