Smith-Collver

On Saturday evening, 30 Apr 1921, at five o'clock, a very pretty wedding was solemnized at the home of the bride, Norfolk Street north, when Jas. Christie Smith, formerly of Renton, was united in marriage to Mrs. Delphia Collver.

The service was officiated by Rev. H. C. Newcombe, pastor of the Simcoe Baptist Church. Only the immediate friends of the contracting parties were present. The marriage registrar was signed by Mr. and Mrs. Abram Leask of Simcoe, as witnesses.

The happy couple left the same evening for a short honeymoon trip. They will be at home to receive their friends on 18 May 1921 and after.
