Booth-Pake

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hunter at Wyecombe was the scene of a quiet, pretty wedding, 6 Apr 1921, when Mrs. Hunter's sister, Bessie Louise Booth was united in maariage to James Orlo Pake, also of Wyecombe.

The Rev. Thomas Snowden of Lynedoch officiated. A noon the bride, who was given away by her brother, John G. Booth of Tillsonburg, enter the parlor to the strains of the bridal chorus played by Miss Irene Hunter, nice of bride.

When the ceremony was over the bridal party, numbering 35, enter the dinning room where a sumpstous dinner awaited them. After dinner Mr. and Mrs. Pake left for Hamilton and points east. On their return they will reside on a farm two miles south of Wyecombe.
