Death of Richard Birch

Mr. Richard Birch died at his late home in Delhi on Thursday [26 May 1921], and was laid to rest in the
Delhi Cemetery on Saturday [28 May 1921].

The late gentleman had been ill for some time, but was getting along encouragingly until a few days before his death, when he suffered a bad turn. The end came quite suddenly.

Mr. Birch was a highly esteemed citizen and had many true friends. Beside a widow, he leaves two sons:
Wilmot of Jordan Station, and Lorne at home.

The funeral was largely attended.
