VanEvery-Pursel.

A very unique event occurred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Pursel on Wednesday, 13 Jul 1910, when their eldest daughter, Ida Bell, was united in the bonds of matrimony to Mr. Orlo S. VanEvery, all of Windham.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Dr. W. A. Strongman of Mt. Pleasant, in his usual pleasant style.

The young couple looked beautiful as they entered the room at three o'clock to the strains of Mendelssohn's wedding march, played by Miss Nellie Brett of Brantford.

After the ceremony all partook of a sumptuous repast after which Mr. and Mrs. VanEvery were driven to Waterford, where they took the T.H.&B.for Hamilton, Toronto and other eastern points.
