Bloomsburg

Mrs. William Sicklesteel [sic] died at the home of her son, Jacob of Bloomsburg, on Saturday, 15 Oct 1921, after a lingering illness. Her husband predeceased her 16 years ago. She was in her 87th year.

Rev. Mr. Waldron of Colborne preached a very helpful sermon to the relatives and friends who gathered to pay their last respects to the departed. She was laid to rest in Vanessa Cemetery.

She leaves one son, Jacob, of Bloomsburg, and four daughters: Mrs. Clark Lefler of Detroit, Mrs. Charles Pettit of Vanessa, Mrs. Murray Pettit of Simcoe, and Mrs. Billo of Brantford.
