Mrs. Clinton Ryerson

Grace Ellison Foote, wife of Clinton Ryerson, passed away on Monday, at her home, Lot 24, Concession 1, Charlotteville, following only five days' illness, in her 
46th year.

A native of London, England, deceased was a daughter 
of the late Rev. and Mrs. John Foote, her father being 
an Anglican clergyman. At the age of 13, she came to Canada with her parents, to Shanty Bay, near Orillia. 

Mrs. Ryersons was a graduate of Alma College and following her parents' death she came to Simcoe and 
then went to London, where she married. They resided 
on a farm near Bloomsburg for some time, moving to Charlotteville about eight years ago.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, 
John of R.R.4 Simcoe, and Robert and James at home; and six daughters, Mrs. Frank Lemery of Waterford, Tallulah and Jean of Simcoe, Grace of Hamilton, Shirley and Marjorie at home; also one sister in England.
