Sudden Death of Mrs. James Reid

Mrs. James Reid of Lynedoch died on 6 Sep 1910, in her 62nd year. Miss May Reid, daughter of the deceased lady, returned from her school where she is a teacher, about four o'clock, and found her mother lying a few feet from the house, dead. When last seen she was apparently as well as usual, and it is believed she was in the act of going to the pump when death seized her.

Her husband predeceased her by almost seven years. Those who are left to mourn the loss of their mother are Miss Hattie of Toronto, Miss May at home, and Russel of Revelstoke, B.C. The funeral took place on Thursday,
8 Sep 1910 at Lynedoch.
