WATERFORD

At Romeo, Michigan, on 8 Jul 1920, at the home of her son, Dr. Tyrrell Duncombe, the death took place of Mrs. Duncombe, in her 88th year.

Deceased was the daughter of the late Captain Nelles, and was born near Boston, Ontario. In the year 1853 she was united in marriage to the late Dr. David Duncombe, and this union was blessed with a family of six children, one daughter and five sons, three of whom survive --
Mrs. Lyman Chapin of Brantford,
Dr. O. H. Duncombe of Waterford, and
Dr. Tyrrell Duncombe of Romeo, Michigan.

The deceased was a member of the Boston Baptist Church for years, and afterwards of the Waterford Church.

The remains were brought to Waterford 
and the funeral took place on Saturday 
at two o'clock, from the residence of 
Dr. O. H. Duncombe. Interment took place in Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. J. B. Moore conducted the services.

Those from a distance who attended the funeral were: a grandson of the deceased, Mr. & Mrs. Hubert Duncombe of Romeo, 
Mrs. Chas. Duncombe of St. Thomas, 
Reg. Duncombe, a grandson, of Chicago, 
Mr. & Mrs. Lyman Chapin of Brantford. 
The bereaved have the sympathy of a wide circle of relatives and friends.
