Moise-Burkhart

A pretty wedding took place in the Presbyterian Church at Delhi, on Wednesday, 8 Sep 1920, when Anna Belle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Burkhart, was married to Mr. Wm. Moise, manager of the Molsons Bank at Coatsworth.

The ceremony was performed by Rev. S. D. Jamieson, in the presence of a large number of friends. Immediately after the ceremony the wedding party motored to the bride's home, where a wedding luncheon was served.

Later, Mr. and Mrs. Moise left on the afternoon train for Toronto and other points. This young couple have lots of friends in Delhi and they were all at the depot with plenty of confetti, which they used unsparingly.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Moise were well-known in Delhi, as Mr. Moise was connected with the Molsons Bank here for a couple of years and Mrs. Moise was with G. G. Buyers for some time.
