Death of Mrs. Wally McKerlie

The remains of the late Mrs. Wally McKerlie were laid to rest on Tuesday afternoon, 28 Dec 1920, in the Vanessa Cemetery.

A short service at the home after which the body was taken to the Vanessa Methodist Church where a large company gathered to pay a well deserved tribute to the memory of a most highly respected citizen. Interment was made in the Vanessa cemetery.

The sincere sympathy of the community is extended to Mr. McKerlie and the entire  family in this sad bereavement.

Mr. McKerlie wished to express his appreciation of the kindly assistance and sympathy of one and all during the long illness and since the death of his wife.
