Death of
Mrs. McDiarmid
While Rev. Dr. A. P.
McDiarmid, principal of Brandon Baptist College, was on his way to
Toronto on business in connection with the work of the
institution, he received word of the very sudden death of his
wife, who passed away from heart failure on 29 Apr 1910.
Mrs. McDiarmid is survived
by her husband and three daughters, Ruth, Edna, and Mrs. Chas.
Squires, all of Brandon. Rev. S. W. Merrill, superintendent of
Baptist Sunday Schools for Ontario and Quebec, and Mr. F. W.
Merrill are brothers. Mrs. J. W. Nicholson of Brantford is a
sister. She was a daughter or Mr. R. J. Merrill of Hartford.
