Reeve of Windham found dead

Edward Knight, ex-Reeve of Windham, was found dead on the floor of his bedroom on Friday morning. He had been in poor health for some time.

He is survived by his widow and four children, James and Harry at home, Mrs. John Boyce of Norwich, and Mrs. Schunk of Scotland.

Mr. Knight had always lived at Vanessa and had a very wide circle of friends. He was a member of the Vanessa Methodist Church, where the funeral services were held on Sunday afternoon. There was a very large audience of friends to show respect to an esteemed citizen.
