PORT ROWAN

Word was received here of the death of Mrs. Lundy Jackson at her home in Duluth.

Mrs. Jackson, before her marriage, was Miss Mary Francis, a daughter of L. [sic] Francis, at one time a leading business man of this village.

Her mother's maiden name was Miss Elizabeth Allan, a daughter of the late Captain Allan.

She was born in Port Rowan.

As a girl she was a general favorite and had many warm friends, and those who survive her will learn of her death with deep regret.
