The Late Louie York Davis

A sad death occurred at St. Joseph's Hospital, London, on Friday night last, when Mrs. Louie Davis, relict of the late Edward E. Davis of Aylmer, passed away after a long and painful illness.

Deceased was for a number of years a resident of Aylmer and was a daughter of the late Dr. York of Simcoe.

In addition to her only sister, Mrs. Florence [Sittler] of London, she is survived by one son, Winfred, and one daughter, Evelyn, both of Berlin.

The funeral took place on Monday afternoon from the G. T. R. station to the Aylmer cemetery.

Mrs. Davis will be remembered by scores of the residents of this town, where she lived until she was grown up.
