THE LATE MRS. STREETER

On Tuesday, 10 Feb 1920, Forestville lost one of its most highly respected citizens in the passing of Mary Spencer Streeter, at the age of 83 years.

In year life she married David Streeter, and to them were born 13 children, of whom 11 survive to mourn the loss of a devoted mother:
Lizzie of Cadillac, Michigan,
Sarah of Brantford,
Nettie of Ohio,
Myrtle and Abner of California,
Ora, Drastus, Ernest and John of Forestville,
and Jennie and Jesse, at home; also 10 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.

In April, 1905, deceased celebrated her golden wedding, and in Feb 1907, her husband passed away. The late Mrs. Streeter lived a quiet life, and was a friend and neighbor to all.

The funeral on Monday was largely attended. Interment took place at the Baptist Cemetery. The beautiful floral offerings testified to the esteem in which the departed was held by her neighbors and friends.
