Mrs. Gertrude E. Thompson, daughter
of Mr. Richard Spencer, master of the Industrial Farm and Home, Simcoe,
was married in Hull, Quebec, yesterday
to Dr. Charles Wesley Bowbeer of
St. Clair, Michigan.

The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Mr. Acton, brother-in-law of the groom.

Miss Mary Spencer of Simcoe, sister of the bride, and Miss Minnie Bowbeer of Toronto, sister of the groom, were among the guests.

After an extended trip to eastern points, Dr. and Mrs. Bowbeer will take up residence in St. Clair, Michigan.

Dr. Bowbeer is well known in Simcoe, having formerly resided here and since removing away has been a frequent visitor.
