Miss Mary Richardson died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Hands, of apoplexy last Wednesday night after a short, though not considered serious, illness.

She was a daughter of the late Richard Richardson, J.P. and M.P.P.

The late Miss Richardson always lived a quiet, unassuming and useful life and was Mrs. Hands; sole home companion.

She is survived by three sisters and one brother, all of whom, except Mrs. Hands, live in  the United States.

The funeral was held on Saturday and was conducted by the Rev. J. M. Smith. Burial took place in Bay View Cemetery.
