Perry-Powell

Vindicator -- The marriage of Mr. Alonzo Perry of Round Plains, to
Miss Theressa Powell, Delhi, took place at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Isaac Whitehead, Lynedoch, Wednesday afternoon, June 12th.

At two o'clock the bride entered the parlor on the arm of her brother,
Mr. Otho Powell, Hamilton. Miss Jennie Whitehead (neice of the bride) was maid of honor, and carried the wedding ring in a basket of white carnations.

Rev. James Charlton, of Delhi, performed the ceremony in the presence
of about forty guests from Toronto, Hamilton, Brantford, Simcoe, Lynedoch and Delhi.

The bride made a handsome appearance, gowned in steel grey silk, trimmed with white satin and all over lace.

Mrs. Perry who is highly esteemed by all who know her, received a
large number of beautiful presents. After a sumptuous wedding dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Perry left for their future home.

We congratulate Mr. Perry on winning so estimable a lady and wish them a long and prosperous life.
