Mrs. Roy Bock

Mrs. Roy Bock, the former Evelyn Irene Newkirk of 
600 Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, died in Norfolk General Hospital on Thursday, following a lengthy illness, in her 46th year.

A daughter of Mrs. Martha Clemens Newkirk and the late George Newkirk, Mrs. Bock was born at St. Williams and was married at Buffalo in 1929. She was a member of 
St. James United Church.

Surviving besides her husband and mother, are three sons, Roy, George and Carl, and one daughter, 
Mrs. Boysie Hoye (Betty), all of Simcoe; also a brother, Earl Newkirk of Schumacher.

Mrs. Bock rested at at the George W. Baldock Funeral Home for service on Saturday at 3.30 o'clock with Rev. Silvanus Edworthy of St. James United Church officiating and interment in Newkirk Cemetery, St. Williams.

The pallbearers were Elmo Riddle, Frank Murphy, Donald Clark, Howard Huson, Earl Brown and 
Sidney Hoye. The floral tributes included tokens from 
St. Williams Preservers Ltd., 
Employees of Simcoe Mitt and Glove,
Classmates of '28, 
Employees of St. Williams Preservers, and 
Friends and Neighbors.
