Death of Mrs. Edwin Morgan

At 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Mrs. Edwin Morgan passed away at her late home in Delhi.

For 10 months she has been ill, four of which she was confined to her bed, and when death released her from her suffering, it did not come as a surprise to her near friends.

Mrs. Morgan was 63 years of age and had been a highly esteemed resident of this town the greater part of her life. She was an ardent member of the Anglican Church  and active in the work of the various societies connected with that congregation.

Deceased leaves to mourn her loss a  husband, four daughters and four sons, namely: Mrs. W. E. Sutherland of Delhi,
Mrs. C. B. Price of Collingwood,
Miss Violet and Miss Gertrude at home,
W. W. Morgan of Norwich,
T. E. Morgan, Harry and Wilton of Delhi,
and one brother, Samuel Hillis of Simcoe.

The funeral took place Thursday afternoon, and her many friends were present. The services were in charge of Rev. Mr. Condell, assisted by Rev. Mr. Snelgrove, a former rector of St. Alban's Church. The pallbearers were her four sons and two sons-in-law. The floral offerings were most beautiful.
