One sister, Mrs. Melinda Smith of Bothwell, and two brothers, Henry Scarlet and John Scarlet of Townsend, also survive.

The funeral was held on Tuesday afternoon. Rev. R. W. Taylor, pastor of Bloomsburg and Tyrrell Baptist Churches, officiated, assisted by Rev. Mr. Doherty, of Hagersville.

Several members of Tyrrell Baptist Church choir assisted in the singing
and Messrs. Roy Misner and Lloyd Erwin sang a duet.

Much sympathy is expressed for the bereaved families, especially Mrs. S. E. Wallace, who lost her husband, Samuel E. Wallace, on December 24th.

The floral tokens were very beautiful, conveying silent testimony of the love and high esteem of her many relatives and friends.

The pallbearers were six grandsons: Arnold Mandeville, Roy Hall,
Arlie Wilson, Charles Hall, Morley Wilson and Lorne Hall.
