Thomas Jones passed away on
Wednesday morning after being a great sufferer for some time with
cancer.
The funeral was held Friday
afternoon from his late residence, the services being conducted by
Pastor Rolph of this place. Interment was made in Cultus Cemetery.
Mr. Jones was 74 years of
age and leaves to mourn his loss a wife and eight children:
Mrs. Davis of Simcoe,
Mrs. Jones of Jarvis,
Thomas of Houghton Centre,
Frank of Pennsylvania,
Mrs. Hurley of Clear Creek,
Mrs. Loucks of Clear Creek,
George of Brownsville, and
William at home.
The family will have the
sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
