A lightly edited partial transcription of the Items of Local Interest column on page 7 of the 
18 Sep 1919 issue of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

Mr. and Mrs. A. Leask and Mr. T. Hellyer motored to Toronto last week to attend the wedding of Mrs. Leask's niece, Miss Ida A. Hellyer, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Hellyer, to Mr. Sidney Victor Hutchinson, formerly of the Fourth Battalion.

The ceremony was performed by Mr. D. H. Jackson, minister of the Church of Christ.

The bridesmaid was Miss Susie Viola Hellyer, sister of the bride. The groom was supported by his brother, Mr. Percival A. Hutchinson.

Miss Winnifred E. Hutchinson, sister of the groom, and Master Charles Norman Hellyer, brother of the bride, performed the duties of ribbon bearers.
