Introduction | Source Documents | Other Sources | Photocopies | Back

A lightly edited partial transcription of the Items of Local Interest column on page 1 of the
2 Oct 1919 issue of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

Lilly Emma Heath, wife of Mr. Jas. Collins, 210 Robinson Street, Simcoe, died Monday at the residence of her sister, Mrs. Richard Johnson of South Walsingham, whither she had gone a few weeks ago for a rest.

Deceased had not been in the best of health for some time and the end, although sudden, was not altogether unexpected.

The funeral took place from her late residence yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon to Oakwood Cemetery.
