A lightly edited partial transcription of the Beach Lane column on page 8 of the 13 Nov 1919 issue of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper. The column was "Too late for last week."

The sad death occurred Friday morning of Donald, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Fulkerson, aged 10 years, after a short illness of quinsey and sore throat.

The funeral service was conducted at the house on Sunday morning, interment being at Glen Meyer Cemetery. Rev. Mr. Chapman of Cultus officiated.

The floral offerings were many and beautifully expensive of the sympathy extended to the family by the entire community.
