A pleasant surprise was tendered
Miss Minnie Frost of Woodhouse last evening at the home of the Misses
Emily and Agnes Frost, when a number of friends presented her with a
variety shower in honor of her coming marriage.

-- Mrs. Ernest Trinder and sister Lena
-- Mr. and Mrs. James Boyson and son James
-- Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Cowley and daughter Minnie.
After an enjoyable evening spent in
games and other amusements, the guests partook of a dainty lunch. The
evening was brought to a close wishing the bride-elect much success for
the coming future.
