Died Whilst Preparing to Entertain Friends

Death came suddenly to Sophia Caroline Buck, wife of Mr. Charles Hall, 291 Colborne Street north, about noon yesterday.

The deceased lady was a visitor at the Simcoe Fair on Tuesday, and intended to accompany friends to the Fair yesterday afternoon.

She had been busy the forepart of the morning in preparing dinner and had gone upstairs to get ready to receive her guests.

He husband, on going upstairs a little later, heard a call, and on going into the room, found his wife trying to talk. A few minutes later she expired.

The funeral will take place from her late residence tomorrow (Friday) at 2,30 to Oakwood Cemetery.
