DEATHS
William Harold (Bill) Abbey of 13
Colborne Street North, Simcoe, passed away Tuesday, 17 Jun 1980 at Norfolk
General Hospital in his 94th year.
Mr. Abbey was predeceased by his
first wife, Mary Elizabeth (1944), the beloved husband of Isobel Abbey,
dear father of Fraser and Clarence both of Simcoe and Vernon of Hamilton,
dear brother of the late Clifford Abbey (1969) and the late Emma Jamieson
(1971). Also surviving are six grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
Mr. Abbey is resting at the Baldock
Funeral Home, 96 Norfolk Street North, Simcoe. Funeral service will be
held on Thursday, 19 Jun 1980 at 2.00 p.m., at Trinity Anglican Church,
Canon H. L. Parker officiating.
Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
I.O.O.F. Lodge No. 161 will hold a
memorial service Wednesday at 8.30 p.m. at the funeral home.
