WALSINGHAM

A special meeting of the Township Council was held on 13 Aug 1880. Those present:
W. Anderson, Esq., Reeve,
John Campbell, Esq., Deputy Reeve,
James Huchinson, Esq., Councillor
James McBurney, Esq., Councillor.

The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.

The resolution passed at a previous meeting appointing Messrs. D. W. Parsons and George Cruise to audit the Township accounts were rescinded, the said gentlemen having declined to act.

On motion, Messrs. C. Bingham and 
John E. Stearns were appointed auditors, Mr. Stearns being the nominee of the Reeve.

Council then adjourned, to meet again on the 30th instant.
