At the Wilson Apartments, Spokane, Washington, on the evening of Thursday, 8 Aug 1918, Jessie, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allan R. Wilson, former residents of Simcoe, was united in marriage to James Henry Tippert of Enterprise, Oregon.

After a post-graduate course, the bride taught school for two years. The groom is a prominent stockman of the Pacific Northwest.

After a month spent in motoring to Seattle, Portland, and other points on the coast, they will return to their home in time for the September round-up.
