A lightly edited partial transcription of the Waterford column on page 2 of the 18 Apr 1918 issue of the Simcoe Reformer newspaper.

A former resident of Waterford, Clara Terry Fogg, eldest daughter of John Terry of this place, died 29 Mar 1918 at the home of her son, Forest Fogg in East Walpole, Mass.

The late Mrs. Fogg was born at Vittoria, 2 Oct 1859, and was united in marriage to the late Adna J. Fogg of Boston, by the late Elder A. Slaght.

This union was blessed by the birth of one daughter, who died in infancy, and one son, Forest G. Fogg, well known to the people of Waterford and vicinity.

The deceased resided in Boston with her husband, a successful merchant, until his demise in 1909. Her health failing, she went to live with her son at East Walpole.

She departed this life quite suddenly and somewhat unexpectedly, because of heart failure.

There remain to mourn her loss, the son, and father, three brothers, Will Terry of Grand Rapids,
John of Chicago, Lewis of Lansing, Mich., and one
sister, Mrs. Wilson Smith of Brantford.

To these the sincerest sympathy of a wide circle of friends in extended.

Interment took place at Enfield, Mass., where her late husband was laid to rest.
