Died in
Townsend.
The death of Mrs. Henry
Beemer took place at the residence of her son, Oliver Beemer, north
of this place, on Friday 10 May 1901.
Deceased had not been well
for some months but was only taken seriously ill some two or three
days previous to her death.
There were in attendance at
the funeral on Monday, her son: Dr. N. H. Beemer of Mimico, her
daughter: Mrs. Turnbull of New York and Miss Turnbull, Dr. Frank
Beemer of London, Mr. D. L. Beemer of Toronto, and Mr. Chas. Shearer
and mother of Vittoria.
Mrs. Beemer''s maiden name
was Esther Shearer and she formerly lived at Vittoria becoming to
this place at the time of her marriage.
