The death occurred in Bealton on Wednesday morning 23 Mar 1932 of Eva Smith, widow of the late Wm. Smith and oldest daughter of the late Orrin Rogers and Harriet Baker, at the age of 81 years.

She was born on the Rogers farm between Boston and Bealton, on 8 Jul 1850. She was united in marriage to Wm. Smith, and resided in Bealton all her life.

She leaves to mourn their loss, two daughters, 
Mrs. Ida Barr of Abbey, Sask., and Miss Rilla at home, one step-son, Dr. A. A. Smith of New Lebanon, Ohio, two sisters, Mrs. Cassie Phelps of Denver, Col., and Mrs. Johnson Barber of Boston.

The funeral was conducted at her home on Saturday afternoon...

Burial took place in Boston Cemetery.
